Manage the video production pipeline for the support of Online Education, Live Event, Marketing, and special project video content.

 

  • Project manage a variety of video project types from educational demos, interviews, on location site visits, live events, webinars, etc. from pre to post-production

  • Meet with internal stakeholders to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues

Online Course Video Production Lead

Oversee multiple video production processes at Online Education, ensuring production teams and academic departments follow Online Education standards and workflows from pre-production to delivery. Responsible for the initial video assessment and partner with the Associate Vice President of Online Video to determine the class video approach and assignments to the Digital Content Producers, as well as following up throughout the process to ensure all video needs are covered.

 

  • Oversee and manage the booking, shooting and editing of video demonstrations for online classes

  • Work with the involved parties (i.e. Artist/Instructors, Instructional Designers, Digital Content Producers, etc.) to find the approach to produce and deliver the video demonstrations needed for each online course

  • Provide the video team with an accurate projection of the scope of work expected for each building cycle and adjust production assignments accordingly

  • Oversee all video projects to provide transparency regarding workload, capacity, production timelines, and deadlines

  • Work on a team and serve as a team leader; anticipate needs for different classes and assign the video production team accordingly

  • Demonstrate and maintain ability to capture important concepts in video

  • Work under strict deadlines; enforce production deadlines and prioritize the needs for different classes throughout the building cycle

  • Ensure that the team’s top priority is educational content of assigned videos; make recommendations to achieve the best educational results
